Frequently asked questions

Which template should I start with as a new student?

Assignment Tracker plus Semester Planner. Together they give you the big picture (semester overview) and daily execution (what's due tomorrow). Add the GPA Calculator after your first grades come in.

Do these work for international students with different grading systems?

Yes. GPA Calculator supports US 4.0, UK letter grades, Indian percentage, European ECTS, and custom scales. Configurable in a settings sheet — set it once and all calculations follow.

Can I share the group project tracker with my team?

Yes. Save it to OneDrive, SharePoint, or Google Drive and share the link. Everyone can edit simultaneously. Better than group texting or email for tracking who's doing what.

Are these good for grad school or just undergrad?

Both. Undergrads use them heavily for tracking multiple classes. Grad students use the Research Paper Outline, Bibliography Tracker, and Test Prep Tracker (GRE) especially. The Assignment Tracker works for coursework at any level.

Can I use these with Google Classroom or Canvas?

Not directly integrated. But you can export your grade book from Canvas/Blackboard/Moodle to CSV, then paste into these templates for analysis. Setup guide included in each template.
