💡 What Copilot is (and isn't)

Copilot is Microsoft's paid AI layer across the Office suite — Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams. In Excel specifically, it helps analyze data, generate formulas, create charts, and summarize workbooks. It costs $30 per user per month as an add-on to Microsoft 365 Business or Enterprise subscriptions.

Copilot works best in enterprise environments already heavy on M365. It's not a good fit for individual users, freelancers, or small teams — the price is high relative to what most people need.
